Will my Free Membership end, if so, do I then get locked into a contract?No - FREE Membership is automatically renewed on an annual basisAll we ask members to do is to periodically confirm a minimum of once annually that they want to continue their free membership and to keep this information up to dateIf membership is not confirmed once a year then we reserve the right to cancel membership

One of my pets has died - what should I do?Firstly, our sympathies are with you, please log into the membership part of the system in the normal wayIf your pet was registered in our missing pets register you should also login here, as records are stored seperatelyYou can then remove details of the pet that has died. As and when appropriate, you may return to this page and enter any new details.Remember you still benefit from the other services free of charge and can get cashbacks and discounts
