Important Message concerning any pets registered with Missing Pets Bureau

Dear Pet Owner

I have been advised that due to current economic conditions, Missing Pets Bureau (MPB Reunification Services Ltd) has gone into liquidation. As a consequence any pets registered with them, are no longer protected.

I am however pleased to advise that the Consumer Savings Bureau is offering Missing Pets Bureau customers a service giving them the opportunity to take out new membership Free of Charge. I too care passionately about pets and want to ensure that should the worst happen, then we will be here to help.

  • All customers who took out Petback Protect or Petback MedAlert membership, will be entitled to claim FREE Standard Membership with Consumer Savings Bureau and Pets Bureau. You will be given the opportunity to re-register your old Pet ID Tag (which will work with the new service) or receive a new one at nominal cost.

  • When you re-register for the above, you can find out how most families are saving around £1,000 per year, which includes Saving Money on your day to day bills and receiving 5% automatic Cashback on your day to day shopping including food and fuel etc.


To ensure that your pet is protected, please choose Protect My Pet from the www.PetsBureau.co.uk website. It is vital that you re-register now. Don’t worry if you only have some information to hand, as you can manage your membership online and complete any missing information later.

Please do take advantage of this free offer and remember we cannot get your pet back home, if your ID Tag is not registered with us.

PS In order for us to offer a free service, we can only this online as we receive no government funding. The emergency reunification automated service is offered by phone. Replacement ID Tags if required cost £6.95 plus £1.95 which includes registration, postage and packing.
