A: To update your password you simply need to log into your account here and click “Update password” and follow the onscreen prompts.

Q: My login details aren’t working

A: If you are having difficulty logging into your account you can request your username and password be sent to you via email by completing the form here.

Q: I’m going on holiday, where do I leave details of the address where my pet will be staying for that time?
A: One of the best features of our system is the flexibility of the contact storage facility.  If you’re going away and need to change address for the time being, all you need to do is log into your account here, click “Update my details” and change what you need to.  It’s that simple.  Once you’re back just log back into your account and change the details again.  There’s no charge for this feature either!
Q: What if I get another pet or I change my mind?
A: Pets Bureau is a annual service which you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.  Just log in to the Members Area here to see your options.
Q: I would like to cancel my membership please.
A: Aww we’re sad to see you leave, to cancel your membership contact us either by the form on the Contact Us page here or by email.

Lost Pet Register

Q: Does it cost to register my pet on your Lost Pet Register?
A: It doesn’t cost a thing to register your pet on our Lost Pet Register, and we’ll also push your pet through our social media outlets free of charge to maximise coverage.

Replacement ID Tags
