My neighbour was looking after Nelson until my sister and friend were making arrangements to take him.
My neighbour then told my sister that the RSPCA had rehomed him.
This is not true. They were aware of him but closed the case on him as my neighbour was making alternative plans. (I have had this confirmed 3 times by RSPCA).
I have contacted council, animal shelters, vets, microchip company and the police.
There was a facebook post about him. A local lady knows of his whereabouts.
I just need Nelson home now.
